Telecom Agents offer varying degrees of ongoing management. They can include:

  • Inventories and audits of services
  • Acting as an interface between carrier and customer
  • Providing single POC across multiple carriers for service, changes, and repair
  • Regular account reviews (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Handling Tier 1 helpdesk role for telecom or acting as a Tier 4 support for complex issues
  • Taking full responsibility for telecom as an outsourced Telecom Manager
  • Interfacing between AP and IT to ensure that correct services are billing correctly
