Who provides service
and billing?

is not a carrier. We are a consulting company
that allows you to make an educated choice between
different carriers available in your area. All
the services and billing are done by the specific
providers of your choice. We will, however,
help you in resolving problems, handling billing
issues, and anything else you might need. We
pride ourselves on offering the best customer
support and acting as liaisons between you and
the carriers. |
Is there a charge for iQwired service?

There
is no cost to the client for most of our services.
iQwired's revenue comes from a residual payment
paid by the carriers you select. Unlike the
direct telecom sales force, we get no upfront
payment for selling you services. Instead, we
accrue a small monthly residual, which means
it pays us to take good care of our clients
over the long term. |
