In order to be effective in escalating matters, please contact your telecommunications carrier and open a repair/trouble ticket. You will need to provide detailed information regarding your issue. The carrier will issue a repair/trouble ticket number. Once you have that ticket number, please contact your project manager or sales representative with the number and we will contact the carrier on your behalf for escalation.
