In my experience with IQ Wired and the telecom industry in general, I have found that one of the most important things for companies to assess when making a decision as to whom the proper support will be for their businesses, is the potential longevity of the relationships and entities they are evaluating as telecom partners. We so often hear of the turn over related to folks associated with direct staff of different vendors. It seems that the “average life span” of direct folks seems to be no longer than 6-9 months. This isn’t necessarily concrete, but it is in fact what I have come across in the 3yrs I have been with IQWired. This should be heavily evaluated by potential clients as they are meeting with agents vs. direct folks for ongoing support of their voice and data needs. In my time in the industry, I have witnessed IQWired being able to prove our worth in many different categories related to telecom, but one that I think weighs the most, as I mentioned above,  is longevity of our company and staff. It seems very comforting to clients of ours to know that their direct advisor with IQWired is going to be there for an extended amount of time and indeed that person will have a firm understanding of their clients’ business needs and environments. IQWired’s business model allows us truly grow our relationships with our clients as we are not faced with the often staff changes and account manager changes that other vendors and their clients are faced with. This makes for stronger and longer lasting relationships that both sides not only have, but will continue to benefit from.
